Couples weekend for new ways of meeting.
Do you long to experience more of yourself – who you are and what you need? Are you curious about new ways of connecting and bringing more life into the relationship? Would you like concrete relational tools to use together in everyday life? Does it feel inspiring to do this alongside a few other couples, drawing strength from recognising one another, both in the challenges and in the ways forward?
We who invite you, Gabriella and Patrik, have spent several years exploring ways of meeting ourselves and each other. We have now reached a place where a natural way to go deeper is to share what we have and continue the journey together with other couples.
We draw on theories and practices that have inspired us, including mindfulness and meditation, EcCT – Encounter Centered Couples Therapy, Embodied Intimacy (embodied grounding and exploration in a relational context, for connection and vitality), IPNB – Interpersonal Neurobiology, and tantric perspectives.
During the weekend
A couples weekend with movement, reflection and dialogue
The weekend blends exercises, reflection and dialogue, giving space to the individual, the relationship and the group.
- Dance and movement to music
- Exploratory dialogues, sharing and mirroring within the couples and in the whole group
- Exercises for connection and presence in the body
- Co-regulation of our nervous systems through breath
- Wordless, playful encounters within the couple, exploring primal connection through movement, touch, sound and breath
- Dialogue and mirroring around the masculine and the feminine
Who we are
Gabriella and Patrik
We who lead the couples weekend have been a couple since 2012. On our individual and shared journey we have gathered experiences, from both the peaks and the valleys, that we are glad to share with others – while we continue our own discovery. Besides our own experience, we of course draw on training and courses.
Gabriella
Gabriella works as a licensed psychologist in organisational psychology and couples therapy, and has gone deeper into, among other things, IPNB – Interpersonal Neurobiology, NARM – NeuroAffective Relational Model and EcCT – Encounter Centered Couples Therapy. She has also completed longer trainings in embodiment and group processes, such as Embodied Intimacy Training and The Field Facilitator Training.
Patrik
Patrik works as a consultant in senior roles within systems development through his own company Anicha AB. He is a certified NARM therapist (NeuroAffective Relational Model).
